Accessibility Statement

How we make this website usable for everyone, what we know still needs work, and how to tell us about a problem.

Last updated

Draft under legal review. This document describes how the website works today and will be finalised before launch.

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we’ve done

  • Text and background colours are checked to meet WCAG AA contrast.
  • Every page, menu, form, tab, carousel and accordion can be used with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus outline.
  • Pages use proper headings and landmarks, and a “Skip to content” link.
  • Images have text alternatives, and charts come with a text version.
  • Form errors are described in words, linked to the field, and announced to screen readers.
  • The home page slideshow can be paused, and animations are reduced if your device asks for reduced motion.
  • The site works at 320 pixels wide and when zoomed to 200%.

Known limitations

  • Some infographics in our product gallery contain text inside the image. We describe them in their alternative text, but the full detail isn’t available as text yet.
  • Our spec sheet is a printable web page; a tagged PDF version is not available yet.
  • Videos, maps and booking pages from other companies may not meet the same standard.

Feedback and help

If you have trouble using any part of this website, or need information in a different format, email support@musthav.co.in. Tell us the page and the problem, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

How we test

We test with automated checks, keyboard-only use and browser zoom, and plan regular testing with screen readers including NVDA and VoiceOver.
