Who we are
This website is run by MUSTHAV Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“MUSTHAV”, “we”, “us”), based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. We decide how and why the personal data described here is used.

What we collect
We only collect personal data you choose to give us through our forms, plus limited technical information needed to run the site securely.
- Contact form: your name, email, organisation, role, enquiry type and message.
- Quote request: your name, work email, company, phone number (optional), use case, number of units, budget range and message.
- Whitepaper requests: your name, work email, organisation, role and which whitepaper you want.
- Newsletter: your email address.
- With every form: the page you submitted it from, any campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source), and the time you gave consent.
- Technical data: your IP address, which we hold in memory for about a minute to stop form spam, and standard request logs kept by our hosting provider.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data, and please don’t include health or other sensitive information in your messages.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange a demo or prepare a quote you asked for.
- To send you a whitepaper or newsletter you signed up for.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring people to us, if you have accepted analytics.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse.
We rely on the consent you give when you tick the box on each form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us; this won’t affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
How long we keep it
We keep your personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it for, such as answering your enquiry or sending a newsletter you subscribed to, and then delete or anonymise it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
IP addresses used for spam protection are held in memory for about a minute and are not stored.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct, complete or update it;
- erase it;
- stop sending you newsletters or other updates, at any time;
- withdraw consent you have given.
Email support@musthav.co.in with your request. We’ll respond within the time the law requires. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India or your local data protection authority.
Security
Our website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), our forms are protected against automated abuse, and access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Children
Our website is meant for adults, such as school leaders, hospital administrators and event organisers. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from children. If you think a child has sent us their details, please contact us and we’ll delete them.
Changes to this policy
We’ll update this policy when our practices change and show the date of the latest version at the top of this page.
